Our mobile homes offer:

• All come standard with a refrigerator and stove.
• Most have a washer and dryer hook-up.
• Some homes have dishwashers.

We have spacious lots that can accommodate single, double or triple wide mobile homes at affordable rates.

RENT A HOME WITH AN OPTION TO PUCHASE

We even give you an option to purchase the mobile home you are renting. When you join our community you are not just a neighbor moving in, you become part of our family!

MOVE-IN SPECIALS

We are always offering specials that are designed to make your relocation to our community as smooth and inexpensive as possible.

Some recent specials have involved:

• paying some or all expenses to move homes in, or
• offering to pay some or all of the down payment on your new home that you wish to move into our community, or
• hundreds of dollars in free rent to alleviate some of the financial stress a move can create.
